IMCRT联合热疗治疗头颈部肿瘤临床疗效观察

摘要 目的观察IMCRT联合热化疗治疗颈部肿瘤的疗效以及放疗量效、热疗次数与疗效关系。方法 128例患者随机分组,统计分析单纯IMCRT治疗与联合热疗、热化疗治疗的差异,及放疗量效、热疗次数与疗效关系。结果 IMCRT联合热化疗治疗组比单纯IMCRT组有效率明显提高,差异有显著性(P〈0.05);DT≥60Gy比DT〈40有效率明显提高,差异有显著性(P〈0.05);微波热疗≥4次比〈4次有效率明显提高,差异有显著(P〈0.05)。结论 IMCRT联合热化疗能更有效的控制肿瘤发展;肿瘤量DT与疗效呈正相关;微波治疗次数与疗效呈正相关。
