2009年7～9月份我院中成药处方调查分析

目的分析我院2009年7-9月份门诊中成药处方的情况,使医生能按照07年《处方管理办法》（以下简称《办法》）正确开具处方,更安全、有效、合理、经济地使用药物。方法取门诊中药房2009年第三季度处方共计5861张,从中挑选出不合理处方进行归类分析。结果不合格处方381张,不合格率为6.5%。不合理用药发生频率较高的是处方前记缺项、书写潦草、诊断与治疗不相符,选药及用法不合理等。结论我院医生对《办法》了解不够,存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,主要是由非中医科的临床医生中医中药知识缺乏所造成的。

Objectives Analysis of from July to September in 2009 in our hospital of Chinese medicine prescription, make a doctor in accordance with Prescription Management （hereinafter referred to as Measures） issued the correct prescription, more safe, effective, rational and economical use of drugs. Methods The outpatient pharmacy prescriptions in the third quarter of 2009, the total of sheets is 5861, from which selected unreasonable prescriptions are classified analysis. Results The failure prescription 381 pieces, failure rate 6.5%. A higher frequency of irrational drug use is a prescription recorded before the missing items, writing illegible, diagnosis and treatment do not match, the election and the use of drugs such as irrational. Conclusions The doctors don＇t know about approach to enough, there is a degree of irrational drug phenomenon, primarily by non-clinical doctors in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese medicine caused by lack of knowledge.
