摘要
目的探讨脊柱外伤患者的压疮预防及护理对策。方法分析2008年6月至2010年3月对在我科住院的62例脊柱外伤患者的临床资料,分析压疮预防及护理方法。结果 62例患者中压褥疮病例发生,患者平均住院(43.68±4.21)d,康复出院。结论预见性护理能有效地减少或防止脊柱外伤患者的压疮发生,促进患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the spinal injury patients with pressure sore prevention and care measures. Methods June 2008 ～ March 2010 in our department,62 cases of spinal trauma patient clinical data,analysis of pressure sore prevention and care methods. Results 62 patients in the pressure decubitus cases occurred,with an average hospital stay（43. 68 ± 4. 21） days and discharged. Conclusion Predictability care can effectively reduce or prevent pressure sores in patients with spinal injury occurs,to promote rehabilitation.
