健康干预和康复指导在福利院老年冠心病患者中的应用

Health intervention guidance in the welfare and rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease

目的通过健康干预教育和康复指导增强福利院老年冠心病(CHD)患者的自我保健护理意识,丰富健康知识,使其自觉采纳有利于健康的行为和生活方式,从而长期有效地控制诱发因素、降低致残率、病死率,提高生活质量。方法通过个体指导和集体教育等多种形式对老年CHD患者重点进行基础知识、饮食、心理、运动、药物等方面的健康教育。结果提高了患者医疗保健知识和自我保护能力,减少了疾病复发率,促进了患者康复,同时也增强了护士责任心,密切了护患关系。结论通过对老年CHD患者行之有效的健康干预,改变了患者的行为认识,延缓病情的进展,提高了患者生命质量。

Objective health education and rehabilitation in the pre-welfare Guidance of coronary heart disease（CHD） health care of patients with self-awareness,enrich health knowledge,to voluntarily adopt a healthy behavior and lifestyle,so long-term effective control of inducing factors to reduce the morbidity,mortality,quality of life. Methods of individual and collective guidance and other forms of education focused on elderly patients with CHD were based on knowledge,diet,psychology,exercise,drugs and other aspects of health education. Results Improve the knowledge of health care patients and self-protection,reducing the rate of disease recurrence,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,nurses also increased responsibility,closer relations between nurses and patients. Conclusion Effective in elderly patients with CHD health interventions,changing the understanding of the behavior of patients and delay progression and improve quality of life of patients.
