髋臼骨折合并髋关节后脱位的治疗(附14例报告)

Treatment of Fractures of the Acetabulum with Posterior Dislocation of the Hip:A Report of 14 Cases.

作者报道１４例髋臼骨折合并髋关节后脱位，髋关节后脱位予手法复位成功，髋臼骨折均行切开复位内固定。经平均２７个月随诊，优良率为７８．６％。作者讨论了创伤机理，强调三位Ｘ线片及ＣＴ检查的重要性，主张骨折宜早期切开复位内固定。

Fourteen cases of acetabulum fracture with hip posterior dislocation were reported.Hip posterior dislocations were treated with maneuver reduction successfully and fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.An average of follow up duration was 27 months and the rate of excellent and good result was 78 6%.The authors analyzed the mechanism of injury,emphasized the importance of 3 dimensional x ray and CT,believed that fractures should be treated with surgery as early as possible.
