摘要
将大鼠的腓总神经切断后,分成1~4mm4组不同间隙,将远端转位90°行动脉套桥接,另设原位缝接和远端转位90°直接缝合两对照组。10周后的结果显示原位缝接组的神经再生效果最佳,1~3mm间隙组效果明显优于转位90°直接缝合。
The authors compared the effect of 1mm 4mm artery sleeve bridging and end to end suture in repairing division in right common peroneal nerve of Wistar rats.Thirty rats were divided into 1mm,2mm,3mm and 4mm nerve gap with artery sleeve bridging and distal stump turned 90° and two control groups (C1)in situ epineurium suture,(C2)epineurium suture with distal stump turned 90°.The results at the 10 th week showed the in situ epineurium suture is still the best method.If the defect is larger or the tissue bed is not good or nerve structure was poorly defined,artery sleeve bridging anatomosis should be attempted at first.The gap should be within two times of nerve diameter.
