摘要
目的:了解数字化成像技术在口腔病变检查中应用情况并评价其精确程度。方法:应用ODISⅠ口腔数字成像系统检查了213例不同牙齿病变,包括龋病和牙周病等。结果:口腔数字成像系统操作简便,X线成像所需放射剂量明显减少,获得的不同牙位和不同病变的图像质量基本优良,可以满足临床诊断要求,上颌前牙的影像最佳,影像覆盖范围小于常规X线牙片。结论:对于各类牙齿病变,口腔数字成像系统的图像可以获得满意的诊断精度。
Objective:To evaluate the application of digital imaging for intraoral radiography
with its diagnostic accuracy of different lesion.Methods:Two hundred and thirteen tooth
lesions including caries and periodontal diseases were tested by ODIS Ⅰ digital
imaging system.Results:Operation of digital imaging system was simple and
easy.Radiation dose was reduced markedly for the diagnostic test.Satisfactory images
were obtained in different teeth and various diagnostic tasks.The image qualities met
completely the needs of clinical diagnosis with the best images of upper anterior teeth.
Covering area of the image coming from the digital imaging system was smaller than
that of conventional intraoral films.Conclusion:For various tooth lesions,the images of the
digital imaging system exhibited a good diagnostic accuracy.
