摘要
目的分析椎动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床特点，评价带膜支架治疗椎动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析5例椎动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床资料、带膜支架治疗的经过及临床疗效。结果5例患者带膜支架置放过程顺利，椎动脉夹层动脉瘤消失，载瘤动脉通畅，未发生与带膜支架相关的并发症，术后半年均复查脑血管造影显示载瘤动脉正常通畅，随访1～3年，未见症状复发。结论血管内带膜支架治疗椎动脉夹层动脉瘤是一种有效的方法。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of vertebral dissecting aneurysm,and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of endovascular covered stent graft on vertebral dissecting aneurysm. Methods Restro- spectively analyse the clinical data, the treatment, therapeutic effect in 5 case of vertebral dissecting aneurysms. Results The stent grafts were successfully deployed into the target arteries in 5 cases,leading to total oblitera- tion of the aneurysms with the parent arteries patent and favorable clinical outcomes, no complication related to operation occurred, and no recurrence of symptoms were observed during the follow-up period of 1-3 yerars. Conclusion Endovascular covered stent is effective treatment for vertebral dissecting aneurysms.
