摘要 当角锥棱镜(CCR)作为激光的合作目标时,其后向空间衍射特性是进行系统设计所必须考虑的。Zemax具有强大的物理光学计算能力,可对非序列光学元件角锥棱镜的后向衍射特性进行仿真,仿真结果精度高,方法简便具有通用性。首先建立了角锥棱镜的几何模型,分别计算了在垂直和倾斜入射条件下,理想和具有二面角误差角锥棱镜近场和远场的衍射图样,最后考虑偏振效应下角锥棱镜的衍射图像,将近场模拟结果与实际测量值进行了对比,具有非常好的一致性。根据定量的仿真计算结果,得到了一系列有益于工程设计的结论,借助于Zemax,将对不同使用要求的角锥棱镜及其系统设计产生极大便利。 The backward diffractive characteristics must be taken into consideration for system design when the cube-corner prism works as cooperative target. The backward diffractive characteristics of cube-corner prism is simulated by non-sequential model in Zemax software which is capable of calculating complex optical model. The accuracy of simulation result is high, and the method is easy to use. Firstly, the geometric model of the cube-corner prism was constructed, then the near-field and far-field diffractive pattern of perfect and dihedral angle tolerance at the consideration of vertical and slope incidence were calculated respectively, and the polarization effect was included. Finally, according to the quantitative simulation result, a series of helpful conclusions were drawn. Using this method, it is convenient to design cube-corner prism and related systems to meet application requirement.
