摘要 集激光测距、激光制导照射、可见光成像和热成像等为一体的多传感器光电系统在现代武器装备平台上得到了广泛应用。多光轴一致性是多传感器光电武器装备正常运行的基本保证,因此,光轴一致性检测已成为多传感器光电系统性能检测的关键环节。文中综述了常规的光轴一致性检测方法,介绍了当前迅速发展的采用视频数字图像的多光轴一致性检测方法,并重点介绍了一种利用视频图像的多光轴一致性外场检测方法及其特点,分析表明:这是一种具有广泛应用前景且可望用于多光轴在线检测的有效方法。 Multi-sensor photo-electronic system integrated with laser ranging, laser-guiding exposure, visible and thermal imaging is now widely applied on the platform of modern armaments. Multi-axes parallelism is the basis in ensuring normal operation of multi-sensor photo-electronic armaments. So the detection of multi-axes parallelism has become the key point in checking the performance of multi-sensor photo-electronic system. The routine test methods for optical axes parallelism was reviewed, and the multi-axes parallelism detecting method based on video digital imaging was introduced, which is now progressing rapidly, with the focus on introducing the detection method and its characteristics for outfield in multi-axes parallelism based on video imaging. Analysis shows that it is an effective method with broad application perspective, and to be applied in the multi-axes on-line detection.
