锻造操作机运动仿真的实现

摘要 为了克服传统的培训锻造操作工方法的弊端,将虚拟现实技术应用于培训锻压操作工的过程中,建立了"锻造操作工仿真培训系统",介绍仿真训练系统操作机的三维仿真实现方法。系统利用了Java3D技术建立模型,搭建训练系统三维场景,采用运动学方法分析操作机各种动作并在三维场景中模拟操作机动作,使操作机的模拟达到十分逼真的水平。该系统提高了培训效率,节约经费开支,具有极高的经济效益。 In order to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional method of training forging machine operators in forging and stamping,technology of virtual reality is used in training devices,and establish "forging operators emulational training system".The method of three-dimensional emulation of forging manipulator is introduced,which is the key part of the emulational training system.Java3D is used in modeling and building of three-dimensional scenes of emulational training system.System uses the kinematics to analyze the movement of manipulator and emulate the movement of manipulator in three-dimensional scenes.The manipulator is emulated to be very realistic.The system improves the training efficiency and saves expenditure.And it is highly cost-effective.
