晚期胃癌姑息性手术106例临床效果观察

目的探讨姑息性手术对晚期胃癌生存率及生活质量的临床影响。方法 106例晚期胃癌患者被分为实验组(n=74)和对照组(n=32),实验组给予姑息切除性手术,对照组给予姑息非切除性手术。结果实验组生存率和生活质量评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者宜早期诊断,及时治疗。晚期胃癌患者应根据具体情况选择适合自己的手术方案,以达到最佳的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical influence of palliative surgery on survival rate and life quality of late gastric cancer. Method 106 cases of patients with late gastric cancer were divided into experimental group （n =74） and control group （n=32）. Experimental group was give palliativeexcision, and control group was given by-pass palliative operation. Results The survival rate and life quality in experimental group wer significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Gastric cancer should be diagnosed early and treated timely. For the beast treatmen effect, patients with late gastric cancer should choose the surgery methods according to the concrete conditions of own.
