摘要 目的探讨抗氧自由基治疗(维生素C、E)对减少癫痫样放电及癫痫发作的频数的作用。方法选择我院门诊及住院诊治癫痫病人80例,采用随机双盲对照法随机将80例患者分为两组,治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组仅予抗癫痫基础治疗,治疗组在抗癫痫基础治疗同时加口服维生素C及维生素E抗氧自由基治疗。于入组前及维持治疗后12周末进行视频脑电图检查。结果治疗组控制癫痫发作效果总有效率90.0%,较对照组(60.0%)差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组癫痫样放电减少方面总有效率为87.5%,较对照组(62.5%)更明显,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在抗癫痫基础治疗同时,使用抗氧自由基治疗(维生素C、E)癫痫能进一步减少癫痫样放电及癫痫发作的频数。 Objective Treatment of oxygen free radicals (vitamin C, E) to reduce epileptic seizure discharge and reduce the role of the frequency. Methods To choose patients in my hospital and 200 cases of epilepsy treatment, randomized double-blind randomized 200 patients will be divided into two groups, treatment group, 120 cases and 80 cases of the control group. The basis of the control group only received antiepileptic therapy, the treatment group based on treatment with antiepileptic and oral vitamin C and vitamin E treatment of oxygen free radicals. In the income group before and after the 12 week maintenance treatment for video EEG. Results Treatment group, the total effect of the seizures 90.0% eff iciency, compared with the control group (60.0%) was significant. Epileptiform discharge treatment group decreased total effective area was 87.5%, higher than the control group (62.5%) more significantly, the difference was significant. Conclusion At the same time in the treatment of epilepsy based on the use of oxygen free radical treatment (vitamin C, E) can further reduce the epileptic seizure discharge and reduce seizures.
