摘要
目的探索孕期行盆底肌肉训练对盆底的保护作用。方法选择2009年3月~2010年3月我院门诊定期产检的孕妇74例,随机分为锻炼组和对照组,对锻炼组孕妇给予盆底肌肉锻炼。结果经训练后,锻炼组的阴道静息压、Ⅰ类纤维强度、阴道收缩持续时间、Ⅱ类纤维强度均显著高于对照组。结论孕期进行盆底肌肉训练,可以提高盆底肌力,缩短第二产程,降低产后PFD发生率。
Objective Discuss the effect of pelvic floor through pelvic floor muscle training during the pregnancy.Methods From Mar.2009 to Mar.2010,74 pregnant women were randomly divided into 2 groups:an exercise group and a control group.The training group attended the pelvic floor muscle training program. Results After training,the vaginal resting pressure、Ⅰ class fibre strength、Ⅱ class fibre strength and vaginal contraction time was significantly higher in the training group than in the control group. Conclusion The pelvic floor muscle strength improved significantly after regular intensive pelvic floor muscle training during pregnancy.PMET can shorter the time of the second stage of labor.
