摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下治疗鼻眼相关疾病-鼻腔泪囊吻合术。方法在鼻内镜下对26例(28眼)慢性泪囊炎患者鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术。结果 25例(27眼)均取得良好效果,泪道冲洗通畅,1例因未能定期复查,再诊时泪囊粘连。总有效率达96.4%。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术具有视野清晰、损伤小、出血少、免除面部切口等优点,治疗效果满意,符合微创手术要求。
Objective To explore the endoscopic treatment of naso-orbital diseases-rhinodacryocystostomy. Methods In 26 cases （28 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis in patients accepted dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscope. Results 25 cases （27 eyes） have achieved good results, unobstructed lacrimal irrigation, and 1 case failed because of the lacrimal sac adhesions.The effective rate was 96.4%. Conclusion Endoscopic rhinodacryocystostomy have a clear vision, less damage, less bleeding, no facial incision.Its treatment was satisfi ed and accord minimally invasive surgery demands.
