密闭式吸痰方法对机械通气患者的效果分析

目的分析密闭式吸痰方法对机械通气患者的效果。方法将71例患者按住院时间次序分为OS组和CS组,OS组患者按常规操作方法吸痰,CS组患者行密闭式吸痰。结果 CS组患者在吸痰后2min的PH、PaO2及PaCO2与吸痰前无显著差异,而OS组患者吸痰后2min的PaO2显著低于吸痰前,而PaCO2显著高于吸痰前;CS组患者吸痰后2min的Vt、Ppeak、Pplat均较吸痰前无显著变化,而OS组吸痰后2min的Vt、Ppeak均较吸痰前显著提高,而Pplat则显著降低。结论密闭式吸痰方法能有效减少肺容量的下降、维持较好的氧合,并有利于控制感染。

Objective To analysis the effect of the sputum drainage methods on patients with artificial airway. Methods Seventy-one patients were divided into two groups; comparisons were made after the routine sputum drainage for OS group and closed way of sputum drainage for CS group. Results There was no significant change after 2min about PH, PaO2, PaCO2, Vt, Ppeak and Pplat for CS group; the PaO2 and Pplat significantly reduced while PaCO2, Vt and Ppeak increaced. Conclusion Closed way of sputum drainage was effective on reducing the decline of lung volume and on controlling infection.
