影响宫颈糜烂相关因素的病例对照研究

目的探讨宫颈糜烂的危险因素。方法 2008年2月～2010年2月我院门诊宫颈糜烂200例作为观察组,按照1:2比例随机选择同期妇科门诊健康体格检查的400例妇女作为对照组。比较两组妇女在相关因素上的差异。结果两组比较观察组30～39岁年龄段比例高、首次性交年龄小、流产次数多、文化程度低、阴道分娩为主、使用避孕套及带尾丝节育环(P<0.05),是宫颈糜烂的危险因素,两组比较月经量、月经周期、行经时间、性生活频率等方面无差异(P>0.05)。结论宫颈糜烂与多种因素有关,应针对上述危险因素采用相应预防对策。

Objective To observe risk factors of cervical ectropio.
