109例旋毛虫病临床资料分析

目的分析旋毛虫病发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预防。方法分析1999～2008年109例旋毛虫病患者临床资料。结果患者治愈率达100%,副反应发生率低。结论旋毛虫病诊断容易,阿苯达唑疗效肯定,阻断流行应加强预防措施。

Objective To analyse pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, therapy and prevention about trichinelliasis. Methods 109 clinical dataof trichinelliasis were analyzed from 1999 to 2008. Results The patients of trichinelliasis had an effective rate of 100%. And adverse reaction was weak. Conclusion The diagnosis of trichinelliasis is easy. Albendazole＇s curative effect is good. And to break epidemic must enhance prophylaxis.
