100例阴式子宫全切与腹式子宫全切的比较分析

目的探讨阴式子宫全切与腹式子宫全切的手术方法和效果。方法 100例阴式子宫全切与腹式子宫全切的比较分析,对两种术式的手术时间、术中出血、术后病率、术后排气时间、术后住院时间进行对比。结果两种术式手术成功率为100%,阴式组手术时间、术中出血、术后病率、术后排气时间、术后住院时间均小于开腹组,有统计学意义。结论阴式子宫全切具有腹部无瘢痕、术后创伤小等微创手术的特点,是低创、效优的手术方式,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore surgical methods and results of the vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy Methods 100 cases of vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy were comparatively analzed, surgical operation time,blood loss,postoperative morbidity,postoperative discharge time,postoperative hospital stay of two kinds methods were compared. Results The two kinds of surgical success rate of surgery was 100%,vaginal operative time, blood loss,postoperative morbidity,postoperative discharge time, postoperative hospital stay of vaginal hysterectomy were less than laparotomy group,there are statistically significant. Conclusion The vaginal hysterectomy has advantages with abdominal no scar,minimally invasive surgery such as after trauma and is characterized by a low-invasion and effectiveness,worthy of clinical application and popularization.
