摘要
由名牌产品和知名企业聚集的城市品牌,是创意经济和文化产业发展的核心。创意城市不仅是文化传播的一个概念,它包含着客观具体的内容,因而相对应于一套完整的评价体系。本文从创意城市的概念出发,探讨创意城市的构成要素和基本类型,总结出创意城市的评价要点,推导出城市创意指数体系,介绍该体系的应用并提供简单的计算方法。
The key elements for cultural industry development and creative economy consist in brand products and top firm clusters to build the city's fame. Creative city is not merely a concept of cultural propagation; it contains the unbiased and concrete contents to which a complete evaluation system should apply. In this regard, the term of creative city is introduced, as well as its basic elements and classes. After summarizing the creative city's nature and critics, a creative index system is built up with simple applying methods.
