摘要 目的应用64层CT血管成像评价冠状动脉斑块处血管顺应性及斑块处冠状动脉弹性重塑情况。方法选取2008年9月~2009年12月间行冠状动脉CT血管造影检查患者共117人。测量冠状动脉节段共468节段,存在斑块节段共114处。分析冠状动脉斑块处血管顺应性,及其与脉压、平均动脉压斑块厚度变化率及斑块处冠状动脉弹性重塑指数的相关性。结果冠状动脉斑块处血管顺应性与正常冠状动脉血管顺应性之间存在差别,P<0.001;斑块处冠状动脉血管顺应性与脉压及平均动脉压均无明显相关性,P>0.05。斑块处冠状动脉弹性正性重塑(ERI>0)32节段,无明显重塑者(ERI=0)20节段,负性重塑者(ERI<0)62节段。结论冠状动脉斑块处血管顺应性可较好反映冠状动脉血管壁弹性改变。 Objective To evaluate compliance and elasticity of plaques by 64-slices CTA.Methods CTA was performed in 117 patients form September 2008 to December 2009.There are a total of 468 segments and 114 plaque segments.Analysis of coronary artery plaques vascular compliance,and its relationship with pulse pressure,mean arterial pressure rate of change of plaque thickness and coronary artery plaques flexible remodeling index correlation were performed.Results CC and compliance of plaques are different and P0.001,compliance of plaques were not related to PP and MAP,Spearman's rank correlation,P0.05.There are 32 segments which is positive remodeling of coronary artery elasticity(ERI 0)at plaques,no significant remodeling(ERI=0)about 20 segments,negative remodeling(ERI0)about 62 segments.Conclusion Coronary plaques vascular compliance may be better to reflect changes in coronary vascular wall elasticity.
