Shiirika手术治疗隐匿型阴茎

目的探讨Shirika手术治疗小儿隐匿型阴茎方法。方法对26例隐匿型阴茎采用Shirika术矫正。结果 26例隐匿型阴茎患孩中25例术后获得随访3个月至2年,所有患者阴茎长度较手术前增加一倍以上,阴茎体全长完全暴露,矫形效果良好,外观满意。结论采用Shirika术矫正隐匿型阴茎,须彻底切除束缚阴茎体的纤维筋膜组织,松解阴茎体,整形包皮口,不必行阴茎根部皮肤固定。

Objective To study the surgical treatment of concealed penis in children by the Shirika procedure.Methods Twenty six cases of concealed penis in children were treated following the Shirika procedure.Results After operation,25of all 26 cases were followed up for three months to two years.Satisfactory appearance of straightening penis and reconstruction effects were achieved in all cases.Concluasion In the treatment of pediatric concealed penis by the Shiraki procedure,the binding fascia must be completely remove to release the scapus penis before reconstructing foreskin opening and carrying out skin fixation at the root penis.
