摘要
利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、MM-200型试验机及MicrometⅡ数显式显微硬度计对镀层的硬度、摩擦磨损性能及耐蚀性能进行了分析测试,并研究了热处理对其组织结构及性能的影响,从而分析比较了各种镀层性能及差异,在此基础上为确定进口汽车缸套修复的最佳镀层提供了依据。
Hardness,wearability and corrosion resistance of the plating were measured and analyzed by means of SEM,spectrometer,MM-200 tester and micromet Ⅱ DD microscopic hardness tester. The effect of heat treatment on its texture and properties was also studied,thus properties and differences of various platings were analyzed and compared.As a result,basis is provided for determining optimum plating in repairing imported car cylinder packing.
