Then the article discusses in detail how socialism with Chinese characteristics took shape in the course of overcoming the defects and shortcomings of the Soviet model, the difference between the scientific outlook of development with Chinese socialist characteristics and the developmental concept and strategy of Soviet model, and the tasks and problems in adhering to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics.
