摘要
目的:分析磁石药材的质量,为建立科学、可行的质量标准提供基础资料。方法:收集全国不同的磁石样品27份,通过外观形态、内部构造及全铁含量等方面进行分析。结果:磁石外观差异明显;矿物组成主为磁铁矿;所分析样品中,19个生品含铁量>50%的仅9个,8个炮制品含铁量>45%的仅3个。结论:磁石合格率低,药材的净制方法有待进一步改进,以保证临床用药的安全、有效,质量可控。
Objective:Analyzes the quality of commercialized magnetitum,which offer the basic materials for setting up the scientific and feasible quality standards.Method:27 samples were collected from different areas,which were analyzed through the appearance shape,internal structure and the iron content.Result:The appearance shape of commercialized Magnetitum was difference.The main content of the Magnetitum was magnetite.The iron content 9 samples in all 19 fresh samples was more than 50%and only 3 samples in all 8 processed samples was more than 45%.Conclusion:On the market at present,the qualified commercialized magnetitum was low.In order to ensure the safe and effective in clinical medication and control the quality,it's necessary to improve the cleaning technology of magnet materials.
