RP-HPLC法测定清肝利胆胶囊中栀子苷

Determination of Geniposide in Qinggan Lidan capsule by RP-HPLC

目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定清肝利胆胶囊中栀子苷的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-水(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长为238nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温25℃。结果:栀子苷在0.05448～1.6344μg进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.77%。结论:本测定方法简便、快速、准确,可对清肝利胆胶囊质量进行控制。

Objective：To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Qinggan Lidan capsule. Method：Diamonsil C18（4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（10∶ 90） at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was at 238 nm,and the column temperature was at 25 ℃ . Result：The linear range was 0. 054 48 ～ 1. 634 4 μg（r = 0. 999 9） for Geniposide. The average recovery（n = 6） was 99. 77% . Conclusion：The method is found to be simple and accurate for analysis of Geniposide in Qinggan Lidan capsule.
