HPLC法测定温肺止咳软胶囊中甘草酸、6-姜酚、和厚朴酚及厚朴酚

HPLC for quantification of glycyrrhizic acid,6-gingerol,honokiol and magnolol in Wenfei Zhike Capsule

目的:建立温肺止咳软胶囊中甘草酸、6-姜酚、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);甲醇-0.05mol·L-1乙酸铵-冰乙酸(65∶35∶0.5)为流动相;流速1.000mL·min-1,检测波长250nm,柱温30℃。结果:该法回收率甘草酸为98.17%,6-姜酚为99.14%,和厚朴酚为98.31%,厚朴酚为99.49%。结论:本方法可作为控制温肺止咳软胶囊质量的方法。

Objective：To establish HPLC method for the Determination of glycyrrhizic acid,6-gingerol,honokiol and magnolol in Wenfei Zhike Capsule. Method：LUNA ODS C18 BDS（4. 6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm） was used with methanol-0. 05 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid（65∶ 35∶ 0. 5） as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ . Result：The average recovery of was 98. 17%,99. 14%,98. 31% and 99. 49% for glycyrrhizic acid,6-gingerol,honokiol and magnolol respectively. Conclusion：The method can be used for quality control of Wenfei Zhike Capsule.
