摘要
目的:对赤芍和白芍的80%乙醇提取物及其脂溶性成分和水溶性成分进行药理活性比较,为阐明其药效物质奠定基础。方法:以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管渗出法比较赤芍和白芍的抗炎作用;以血液流变学指标和ADP诱导血小板聚集比较赤芍和白芍的活血化瘀作用。结果:赤芍与白芍的提取物及其脂溶性和水溶性成分均有不同程度的抗炎以及抑制血小板聚集作用,均有明显延长部分凝血活酶时间的作用,而均无明显延长凝血酶原时间的作用。结论:白芍总提物对抑制炎性水肿和炎性渗出均有很好的效果,而在抑制血小板聚集方面,赤芍总提物的作用明显优于白芍总提物。
Objective:To compare the differences of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba by pharmacodynamical studies accordingly. Method:The influences of elution parts of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba on inflammation and blood coagulation were investigated. Result:The experimental extracts showed the effects of anti-inflammation,anti-platelet aggregation and delaying of blood coagulation. Conclusion:The extract of Radix Paeoniae Alba has obvious effect of anti-inflammation. The extract of Radix Paeoniae Rubra has marked effect on inhibition of platelet aggregation.
