摘要
目的:实验观察半夏白术天麻汤化裁方对高血脂模型大鼠相关指标的影响,为临床用药提供药效学依据。方法:给予大鼠高脂饲料4周,造成高血脂大鼠模型,同时给予受试药半夏白术天麻汤化裁方,测定给药过程中大鼠体重变化,及给药后高脂模型大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:半夏白术天麻汤化裁方3个剂量组体重与模型组比较,高剂量组体重较同期模型对照组比较有所增加。3个剂量组对血清甘油三酯均具有显著地降低作用,高剂量组对血清CHOL,LDL水平亦具有显著地降低作用,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。3个剂量组能不同程度提高血清HDL水平,但与模型组比较无显著性差异。各组大鼠血清apo A1水平均无显著性差异,各剂量组和血脂康对照组不同程度降低Apo B水平,其中高剂量组最为明显。3个剂量组不同程度提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量,其中以高剂量作用最为明显。结论:半夏白术天麻汤化裁方具有明确的改善高血脂相关指标的作用。
Objective:To observe influences of the modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats. Method:Rats were given high fat diet for 4 weeks,resulting in model of hyperlipidemia,meanwhile the modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang was given in three doses. During the drug administration,body weight,and the levels of TG,CHOL,LDL,HDL,apoA1,apoB,SOD,MDA were measured. Result:Compared with the model group,body weight in the rats of the high-dose group increased significantly. In the three drug dosage groups,serum triglyceride was significantly reduced. In the high-dose group,the serum CHOL and LDL levels were significantly reduced,compared with the model group(P〈0. 05) . The serum HDL levels in the drug groups were elevated to some degree,but compared with the model group there was no significance. No significant difference in levels of serum apo A1 was found. The drug groups and the positive control of Xuezhikang lowered apo B levels,the high dose group showed the most obvious effect compared with the model group. The drug groups increased SOD activity,reduced MDA content to various degrees,among them the effect of high doses was most obvious. Conclusion:The modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang shows clear improvement for hyperlipidemia-related in-dicators.
