HPLC测定黄栀花口服液中栀子苷

Determination of Geniposide of Huangzhihua Oral Solution by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定黄栀花口服液中栀子苷。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(62∶38),检测波长为238nm,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:栀子苷在5.44～162.84μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997;平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.75%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于黄栀花口服液的质量控制。

Objective：A HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide of Huang-Zhi-Hua oral solution was established.Method：The HPLC system consisted of methanol-water （62：38 ） mixture as a mobile phase, detecting wavelength was set at 238 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was at 30 ℃ .Result：Geniposide was linear in the rang of 5.44～162.84 μg·mL-1,r=0.999 7; the average recovery rate was 98.4% （RSD=0.75% ） respectively.Conclusion：The method can be used in the quality control of Huang-Zhi-Hua oral solution.
