生态因子对山茱萸开花习性的影响

Study of Effects of Ecological Factor on Flowering Habit of Cornus officinalis

目的:在山茱萸花期内,通过观察温、湿度的变化探索生态因子对其开花习性及开花的影响。方法:在山茱萸花期内连续5昼夜每隔2h测量温度和湿度,同时记录其开花数。结果:山茱萸在1天中开花时间为6∶00-16∶00,花蕾开放85%以上在8∶00-14∶00;开花的最适温度为10℃～14℃,湿度为45%～55%。结论:适宜的温湿度是山茱萸开花的必要条件,生态因子与山茱萸开花有着密切的关系。

Objective：In the florescence of Cornus officinalis,we observe the change in temperature and humidity for exploring the relationship between ecological factors and the flowering habit of C.officinalis.Method：We measure temperature ,humidity and the number of blooming every 2 h in the sequence 5 day and night of the florescence of C.officinalis.Result：we find that in a day,the blooming time of C.officinalis is from 6∶ 00 to 16∶ 00,and the blooming time is from 8∶00 to 14∶00 when more than 84 percent buds effloresced.The best temperature of blooming is from 10 ℃ to 14℃ ,and the needful humidity is from 45 percent to 55 percent.Conclusion：Appropriating temperature and humidity is a necessary condition for flowering of C.officinalis.So we think the ecological factors is closely related to flowering of C.officinalis.
