摘要
莱钢1500 mm热轧宽带生产线在生产部分品种规格时,出现塌卷缺陷,造成下道工序及客户使用时钢卷开平困难。结合现场工艺设备特点,根据钢卷缺陷特征与分布规律,分析缺陷产生原因。通过优化卷取设定张力、改善带钢断面形状和层冷温度、增加花纹板卷径补偿等措施,塌卷缺陷得到有效控制,卷形质量明显改善。
Coil collapse defect has often occurred during producing some hot-rolled steel strip in 1 500 mm hot-rolled line of Laiwu Steel Group,which can lead to the difficulties for next manufacturing procedure and straighten procedure.According to procedure and equipments characteristic,this paper analysed the reason of defect with the defect characteristic and distribution principal.Coil collapse has been efficiently controlled and the strip shape has obviously improved after the measurements of optimizing the coiler design tension,bettering the section shape of strip and coiling temperature and adding the coiler diameter compensation with checkered plate.
