煤干燥技术在COREX炼铁原料准备中的应用

Coal Drying Technology for COREX Iron-Making Concerned

COREX熔融还原炼铁新工艺,在炼铁过程中产生大量的过剩煤气,而煤干燥机可以直接利用煤气作为生产气源。分析了国内首批利用煤气作为气源的振动流化床煤干燥机的工艺及设备的组成、特点;同时,结合生产经验对煤干燥机的除尘系统和自动化系统两个重要进行了详细分析,以作为类似工程设计的参考资料。

The COREX smelting reduction iron-making technology is a new technology in metallurgical industry,but massive off gas is produced during ironmaking,which can used by coal dryer.This paper analyzes the process,equipment of coal dryers with gas as fuel.Meanwhile,the dusting system and control system were analyzed detailedly in this paper which could be a reference material in similar project.
