摘要
在借鉴大气总量控制箱模式的理论基础上，探讨了河流水质管理容量的计算方法和特点，并对河流水质管理客量在水环境保护中的应用进行了论述。
Based on the box model used in atmospheric science, calculation of management loading inone-dimension river had been developed on account of the requirement of water quality control. The utilization of rnanagemt leding in water environrnental control was diseed as well.
