摘要
在室温下对不同钢板在各种应变率下的拉伸变形力学行为进行了试验,基于试验数据与Johnson-Cook模型(不包含温度因素)理论进行对比分析。研究表明,车身用钢板材料的拉伸强度随应变速率的增加而增强;不同材料的应变速率敏感性随抗拉强度的增加而降低;应变速率每递增一个数量级,所引起的强度增加的绝对值是一个相对稳定的常数。
Different steel plate were tested for tensile deformation mechanics under various strain rate at indoor temperature,and comparison and analysis were made between test data and Johnson-cook model(excluding temperature factor) theory.The study shows that the tensile strength of the body steel plate material increases with the strain rate;whereas strain rate sensitivity of different materials decreases with the increase of tensile strength;with the progress increase of each order of magnitude of the strain rate,the absolute value of the increased strength is a relatively stable constant.
