摘要
以催化重整石脑油为原料,以水热处理磷改性HZSM-5为催化剂,在小型固定床反应装置上,考察了水热处理磷改性方法制备催化剂的催化裂解性能。结果表明,磷改性HZSM-5经水热处理后与未改性HZSM-5相比,水热稳定性明显改善,当磷负载量为3%wt时,PZSM-5具有较高的活性和丙烯选择性。催化裂解反应过程中选择适宜的工艺条件可有效的抑制副反应的发生。综合考虑丙烯及双烯收率,确定最佳的反应条件为:温度650℃,体积空速4h-1,水油体积比0.75,反应压力0.2MPa。
The catalytic cracking naphtha was taken as the raw material and P/ZSM-5 as the catalyst. And the catalytic cracking performance of the modified catalyst was tested on the small fixed-bed reactor, The results showed that the modified P/ZSM-5 had remarkable improved hydrothermal stability compared with the un-modified one, and when the phosphorus load capacity was 3%wt, PZSM-5 had higher activity and enhanced selectivity of propylene. Choosing a suitable processing condition could effectively inhibit the occurrence of side reaction during the catalytic cracking reaction process. Considering the yields of propylene and diene, the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the temperature was 650℃ ,the volmne space velocity was 2h^-1, the ratio of water to oil was 0.75(volume ratio) and the pressure was 0.2MPa.
