摘要
合成了硬脂酸镧、硬脂酸铈、硬脂酸镨稀土稳定剂。FTIR,DSC分析结果表明:该类稀土稳定剂与PVC有较好的相容性,稳定剂中稀土元素与硬脂酸根之间主要以离子形式相结合。分析了热稳定机理:该稀土稳定剂能够吸收HCl,同时改变PVC的分子链构象,使PVC具有更好的热稳定性能。通过在PVC泡沫塑料中的应用,确定了其复合使用最佳配比硬脂酸镧:硬脂酸铈:硬脂酸锌为1:1:0.5。
The rare earth stabilizers of lanthanum stearate, cerium stearate and praseodymium stearale were synthesized. The results of FTIR and DSC analysis showed that the stabilizer and PVC (Poly (vinyl chloride)) have fairly good compatibility because the rare earth element and stearate radical combined with electrovalent bond. The stabilizer could absorb HCl while changing the molecular chain conformation of PVC, so it made PVC have better thermal stability. When applying to rigid PVC foams, the best ratio of compound was confirmed as follow: lanthanum stearate:cerium stcarate: zinc stearate was 1 : 1:0.5.
