低碳经济视角下内蒙古工业企业节能减排技术创新路径研究

The path' choice of ESER' technological innovation on Inner Mongolia industrial enterprises based on low carbon economy

伴随低碳能源时代的到来,节能减排、低碳发展已成为内蒙古工业企业可持续成长的重大挑战。基于对内蒙古工业企业节能减排现状及存在问题的分析,提出:发展循环经济是内蒙古工业企业节能减排的必由之路,实现技术创新生态化是关键所在,强化自主创新能力是核心动力。

With the advent of low-carbon energy era,ESER and low-carbon developoment have become the major challenge of sustainable developoment of Inner Mongolia industrial enterprises.Based on the analysis of the industrial enterprises ESER＇ status and problems of Inner Mongolia,this paper points out that developing circular economy is the only way of ESER on Inner Mongolia industrial enterprises,achieving technological innovative ecologicalization is the key,enhancing independent innovative capability is the core power.
