基于软环境视角的生态技术创新分析

A Study on Eco-Technology Innovation from the Perspective of Soft Environment

作为可持续发展的一个重要举措,生态技术创新受到世界各国的普遍重视并在实践中积极开展。但是,生态技术创新的全面推进仍然面临着诸多困境。软环境的不完善便是其中一个重要因素,如生态技术创新的社会文化氛围尚未形成、生态理念向企业文化的融入不够、相关制度不够健全等等。因此,必须以科学发展观为价值引导,优化软环境,才能有效促进生态技术创新的顺利进行。

As an important measure of sustainable development,eco-technological innovation has received wide attention and is actively conducted in practice.However,the progress of eco-technology innovation is still faced with many difficulties,one of which is the imperfections of the soft environment,which mainly includes that the eco-social and cultural atmosphere of technological innovation has not yet formed,the ecological concepts have not integrated into the corporate culture,and the relevant systems are inadequate.Therefore,we must optimize the soft environment under the guidence of the scientific development concept in order to effectively promote the eco-technology innovation.
