摘要
在动态竞争环境下,企业获取竞争优势的基本范式是可持续地获取一系列短暂的竞争优势,绝对意义上的可持续竞争优势是不存在的;动态能力是企业的关键决策者(或基于良好的制度设计而产生的继任者)有目的地整合企业资源基础的一贯的能力;具有很强动态能力的企业,也就是那些企业的关键决策者(或基于良好的制度设计而产生的继任者)一贯地具有很强的感知塑造能力、学习吸收能力以及整合重构能力的企业,才能够在动态多变的环境下赢得一系列短暂的、可持续的竞争优势,从而保持企业的基业长青。
This paper argues that under the context of dynamic competition,the fundamental paradigm of acquiring competitive advantage is to win a series of short-term,sustainable competitive advantage,and absolute sustainable competitive advantage can not exist;Dynamic capabilities can be defined as the abilities of an enterprise's key decision-makers(or successors based on good succession institution design) to integrate purposefully and constantly the enterprise's resource base;The enterprises that possess strong dynamic capabilities,in which key decision-makers have strong sensing shaping capabilities constantly,have strong learning absorbing capabilities constantly,and have strong integrating reconstructing capabilities constantly,can win a series of short-term,sustainable competitive advantage under the turbulent environment,and can be built to last.
