摘要 技术创新造成企业员工的工作内容与工作背景的变化,这种变化要求员工具有较高的技术更新与适应能力,由人力资源管理刚性造成的人员冗余使其转变面临诸多风险与压力。结合技术创新环境下铁路司机的人力资源状况的实际案例,在行为科学、压力管理等理论指导下,通过运用数据挖掘、因子分析等方法进行研究及调整,可以使企业面对技术创新背景下的人力资源管理更加科学规范。 Technological innovation demand has led to the emergence of a new business era where change plays a dominant role,a high technological upgrading and adaptability of human resources become a necessity,and many risks have to face due to changes in rigidity and redundancy.The use of data mining and factor analysis to investigate the condition of human resources,the use of behavioral science,stress management techniques to guide the practice of human resources will enable human resource management more scientific,the data got from 10 TRA by questionnaire supports this prediction.
