摘要
为促进学习型企业的建设,探讨学习资源共享在学习型企业建设中的作用,从社会因素、资源开发因素、资源特征因素、技术因素、市场因素五个方面剖析了对资源共享的影响,并从动力机制、利益机制、管理协调机制和评价机制四个方面,分析了在学习型企业中建设资源共享所面临的主要问题。以此提出了加强资源共享理论研究、资源建设投入的合理安排、公平互利的资源共享联盟参与基础、资源共享规范、建立综合评价共享资源标准的建议。
To promote the construction of learning enterprises,this article discusses the impact on study resource sharing system through the deep researches in the factors of society,resource development,resource characteristics,technique and market.By analyzing the mechanism of power,benefits,management and evaluation,it demonstrates the main problem about mechanism of the resource sharing.Then it puts forward the proposal to strengthen the sharing of resources theory research,to set up the equality principle of voluntary participation arid mutual assistance,to explore the resource-sharing norms,and to set up the standard for general evaluation of sharedresources.
