新时期农民培训的特点及其模式研究(下)

Study on the Characteristics and Models of Peasant Training in the New Period (Ⅱ)

课题紧紧围绕农村职业教育和成人教育改革创新,在对中华职教社面向农民组织实施的"温暖工程"及"双百计划"实践进行分析、研究的基础上,较系统地对我国新时期农民培训的特点及其模式进行了归纳、总结。并对影响、制约农民培训教学系统所存在的主要问题和解决问题的对策进行了梳理和分析。课题的研究一方面丰富了我国农民培训的实践经验和相关理论;另一方面也为今后进一步深化改革农民培训工作提供一定的理论指导和实践参照。

Closely surrounding the innovation of rural vocational education and adult education reformation,this paper systematically generalizes the characteristics and models of peasant training in Chinese new period,based on analyzing and researching the practice of the ＂Warmth Project＂ and the ＂Double-100 Plan＂,which have been implemented in rural areas by Chinese Vocational Educational Institute.In the meantime,this paper sorts and analyzes the main problems,which impact and restrict the teaching system of peasant training,and the corresponding solutions to them.On the one hand,the research enriches the practical experience and relevant theories of peasant training;on the other hand,it provides some theoretical guidance and practical reference to further deepen the reformation of peasant training in the future.
