布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗季节性支气管哮喘患儿临床疗效的研究

Therapeutic Effect of Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation in Children's Seasonal Asthma

目的：探讨布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗儿童季节性支气管哮喘的疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法：选择季节性支气管哮喘患儿62例,采用随机、开放、平行对照研究方法,分为研究组30例,80μg（布地奈德）,4.5μg（福莫特罗）/吸,1吸/次,2次/d,出现喘息症状加用80μg（布地奈德）,4.5μg（福莫特罗）/吸,每日1~2吸。对照组32例,吸入布地奈德干粉吸入剂100μg/次,每次1~2吸,每日2吸,按需使用喘康速气雾剂。两组患儿若出现哮喘急性加重,急诊就诊,给予泵雾化布地奈德加特布他林雾化溶液。观察两组经上述药物治疗12周患儿临床疗效,急诊次数、治疗费用及肺功能变化。结果：两组哮喘患儿的临床症状均改善。与对照组比较研究组急诊次数明显减少,差异具有统计学意义（z=-3.775,P=0.000）;研究组治疗费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（z=-5.451,P=0.000）;两组患儿肺功能均得到明显改善,其中研究组肺功能各项指标增加值改善更加明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：布地奈德/福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗季节性哮喘可以减少急诊次数,降低治疗费用,更好的改善肺功能。

Objective：To study the effcts of clinical efficacy and pulmonary function of inhaled dry-powder budesonide /fomoterol in the treatment of Children＇s Seasonal Asthma.Methods：In randomized,open,paralled-group trail,62 cases of Children＇s Seasonal Asthma were divided into study group（30 cases） and control group（32 cases）,all patients in study group inspired Budesonide Formoterol Sing inspirator[80 μg（Budesonide）/4.5 μg（fomoterol）/stuff] 2 times/d,when symptoms manifested used inspired Budesonide Formoterol Sing inspirator[80 μg（Budesonide）/4.5 μg（fomoterol）/stuff] to reliever therapy;all patients in group control inspired Budesonide（100 μg/snuff）,1～2 times/d,according to demand inspirator Terbutaline Sulphate Aerosol.all patients adverse-events,by using Spray for inhalation Pulmicort Respulses and Bricanyl.Clinical symptoms,lung function and hospital expenses were observed.Results：Two group symptom has improved.the emergency treatment and hospital expenses was significantly littler in study group ,（z=-3.775,P=0.000）and（z=-5.451,P=0.000）;The treatment with budesonide /fomoterol turbulaler resulted in remarkably improvement asthma symptom,and lung function were notably increased after 12 Weeks of treatment and the increased value of each index of pulmonary function had staistical significance between study and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：：Budesonide /fomoterol turbulaler possesses the advantage of in treatment of patients to reduce emergency treatment and hospital expenses,to improve pulmonary function with Children＇s Seasonal Asthma.
