肛瘘术后并发症的防治措施

The Prevention Measures of Postoperative Complications in Anus Fistula

目的:总结肛瘘术后并发症的发生原因及预防处理措施。方法:对肛瘘常见并发症复发、肛门失禁、肛门狭窄等发生原因进行分析。结果:本组105例病人,术后肛瘘复发8例,肛门失禁5例,直肠黏膜脱垂3例,肛门潮湿2例,肛门畸形1例,肛门瘢痕挛缩变形1例,出血1例,感染1例。结论:肛瘘术后并发症的主要原因是内口及瘘口处理不彻底,括约肌受损。

Objective ：To summary anus fistula technique,complication occurrence reason and prevention processing measure.Methods：To analysis the common complication of anus fistula,recrudescence,the anus incontinence,the anal stenosis and so on.Result：This group of 105 example patient,after the technique,the anus fistula recurs 8 examples,the anus incontinence 5 examples,the rectum mucous membrane escapes hangs 3 examples,the anus moist 2 examples,the anus abnormal 1 example,the anus scar luan shrinks distorts 1 example,bleeds 1 example,infection lcase.Conclusion： The main causes of operative complication in anus fistula mouth processing is not thorough,the sphincter suffers was injurad.
