摘要
目的:探讨全数字化乳腺定位穿刺摄影系统在早期乳腺癌中的应用。方法:利用高频乳腺钼钯检测仪,对乳腺进行摄像,使乳腺的一些细微结构和小病灶能在照片上清晰显示,以获取其影像学资料。摄影体位常规采用轴位(CC),内外斜位(MLO),必要对加摄侧位及局部点片。结果:经FFDM(全视野数字化乳腺摄影)检查发现乳腺外科临床未扪及肿块的亚临床病灶56例,其中乳腺癌16例。结论:FFDM可使X线曝光剂量比常规乳腺摄影减少35%~50%,较传统乳腺摄影更清晰显示乳房的皮肤、乳头、腺体、导管(导管扩张时显示)、脂肪、纤维组织、淋巴和血管,使乳腺X线图像的密度分辨率及空间分辨率大大提高,在减少病人辐射的同时图像更清晰,利于发现微小病变,尤其是细小钙化及乳腺的X线摄影普查。
Objective:To evaluate the application of FFDM(full field digital mammography) localization puncture system in the early breast cancer.Methods:Takethe photograph for breast with X-ray,some slight structures and small infection can display clearly in the image and gains its phantom study material.Craniocaudal(CC) view and midiolateral oblique(MLO) view were conducted for every patient.Midiolateral view or spot view was achieved if necessary.Results:After exam of FFDM there were 56 examples of surgical department not discovery,16 palpable breast cancer were check out.Conclusion:Compare with the traditional mammmary,FFDM may reduce the dose of 35%~50% and make the breast's skin,the nipple,the gland,the drive pipe(drive pipe expands when demonstration),the fat,the Fiber structure,the lymph and the blood vessel display clearly, the density resolution and the spatial resolution improve greatly.While the reduction of patient radiation image more clearly,discovering small lesions,especially small calcification and breast X-ray mammary.
