摘要
对柔性化生产技术的概念、系统框架及技术路线进行了阐述,分析了钢种归并的对象选择和标准。利用组织性能预测技术实现了产品的柔性化生产,并通过热轧现场和实验室试验,验证了SS系列结构钢和X系列管线钢实现柔性化生产的可行性。
The concept,system framework and technique routine of flexible manufacturing were expatiated.The choice of object and the criterion were analyzed for steel classification.The flexible manufacture of hot-rolled strip was realized with the help of the software of prediction and optimization of microstructure and properties.The feasibility of flexible manufacturing of SS series structure steel and X series pipeline steel were validated by the experiment in hot-rolling mill and lab.
