摘要
以开发与研究贝氏体H型钢为目标,通过热轧试验,研究了3个钢种的不同合金成分对贝氏体H型钢组织性能的影响,研究结果表明:超低碳以及适量B和Nb是保证贝氏体H型钢高强度和高韧性的关键。通过研究找到适应贝氏体H型钢要求的低成本的合金成分。
Aimed at development and study H-beam of bainite,the effects of the alloying elements of different steel on micro-structure and properties were investigated through the hot rolling experiment.The results show that to control the ultra-low carbon and suitable B and Nb is the key to assure high strength and high toughness of those materials.The contents of alloying components for low-cost of H-beam of bainite are found out.
