根据在运用和检修中积累的大量资料和数据,分析了25T型客车密接式车钩缓冲装置在运用中出现的故障及原因,对关键结构及工艺进行了优化,取得了较好的效果。
According to the vast amount of data and materials accumulated in operation, inspection and repair, the troubles appeared in operation of tightlock coupler draft gears for 25T speed increased passenger cars as well as the causes to the troubles are analyzed. The key structure and technologies are optimized, and fairly good effect is obtained.
