摘要
通过对CRH2型动车组研磨子功能的分析,借鉴国内外有关研磨子技术资料,结合复合材料应用技术,对研磨子的构造特点、材料性能、加工工艺、试验检测方法等内容进行了系统的研究。在此基础上,研制了YMZ—01型研磨子成品,并进行了一系列理化性能检测和装车运用考验。结果表明,YMZ—01型研磨子各项指标基本符合研磨子有关技术规范的要求。
Through analysis of functions of abrasive blocks on CRH2 multiple units, with reference of the technical materials of abrasive blocks in China and abroad, with combination of the applicable technology of compound materials, systematic research is made on the structure features, material performance, processing technology, testing and inspection method, etc. for the abrasive blocks. On the basis of the above, the YMZ-01 finished product of abrasive block is developed, a series of physical and chemical performance inspection and operation examination on vehicles are made. The result shows that the various indexes of YMZ-01 abrasive blocks have basically met the requirements of relevant technical regulations for abrasive blocks.
